New Delhi : The weather has been pleasant in half of India including the national capital Delhi for the last two days. People have got relief from the scorching heat. On Sunday too, there was light and heavy rain at some places along with strong winds from the mountains to the plains. According to the estimates of the Meteorological Department, on Monday also an alert has been issued regarding cloudy sky and rain in many states including Delhi.
Regarding Delhi, IMD has predicted that light to moderate rain may occur in many places of Delhi, NCR and surrounding areas today. Due to this, a yellow alert has been issued by the Meteorological Department. The people of Delhi have got relief from the heat. While the scorching heat had troubled people since the beginning of April, now people have got relief from the scorching heat for the last two days. It is a matter of relief for the people of Delhi that they will not have to face the scorching summer for a few days. There will be intermittent movement of clouds, strong wind and light rain throughout this week.
