Avoid wearing clothes made of polyester, viscose, crepe, nylon etc.

Avoid drinking alcoholic, aerated or soda drinks in this season. Instead, drink lemon sherbet, kokum sherbet, buttermilk, buttermilk, curry powder etc. These beverages help in balancing body temperature. When eating outside when you are hungry, keep the place clean. As much as possible, one should avoid eating too oily, too sour and too sweet food. Such foods are helpful in increasing heat and bile.
