Haryana will become the first state in the country in terms of sufficient oxygen
Perhaps for the first time in the country, a "Wall of Memory" has been set up in the memory of the Corona warriors, so that the coming generations can learn and take inspiration from these warriors. In this direction, Haryana Health Minister, Sh. Anil Vij took initiative on his behalf and ordered the officials of the Health Department to established a "Wall of Memory" in the memory of the martyred Corona warriors, on which the health department is proceeded. The officers established the "Wall of Memory" at the headquarters level as well as in the districts where these corona warriors had laid down their lives while discharging their responsibility.
While Haryana's Health Minister, Sh. Anil Vij is engaged in the service of the people of the state day and night, he also takes full care of the honest and hardworking employees and officers of the departments coming under him so that such honest and hardworking employees and officers are encouraged. And also keep getting the ideal example for other employees and officers to go forward.
Sh. Anil Vij is such a senior minister, that even when the corona infection was at the peak, he continued to visit the Secretariat and cleared out all the files related to the health department so that any kind of infrastructural arrangement in any hospital would not be affected. Similarly, during the second wave of Corona, Minister Vij introduced his method of functioning and worked to overcome the creaking system of oxygen.
Vij wants Haryana to become self-reliant in the matter of oxygen and he believes that Haryana will become the first state in the country in terms of sufficient oxygen. They also want that every district should also have working ICUs, which should also have adequate equipment because every person's life is precious to us so that no one should die due to lack of facilities.
He explains that 37 people of the Police Department have also been sacrificed during the Covid transition and similarly 9 people of the Urban Local Bodies Department have also lost their lives while fulfilling their responsibility during covid and they want that the health department has created on the lines of 'Wall of Memory', such walls should also be made in the Police Department and Urban Local Department so that these people can be remembered.
The Health Minister says that a new Omicron variant of Corona has just arrived and to prevent this, the Health Department has made all its preparations so that people can be saved from this new variant or the third wave of Corona. Apart from this, 'Har Ghar Dastak' program is being run in Haryana under which 2025 teams have been formed in Haryana, which are going to every house and doing vaccination work.
Sh. Vij says, "It is also a matter of happiness and pride for me that during this period of covid, none of the health workers refused to do the duty, but everyone went ahead and fulfilled the duty, for which they salute him."
He explains that it happens once in hundreds of years when such adverse situations come and what steps have been taken in relation to such dire situations becomes history. Therefore, he has instructed the officials of the Medical Education Department and the Health Department to do the work of writing history in relation to the circumstances during covid and a committee has also been formed for its work so that it can be found by the coming generations. How the Containment Zones were created, Isolation Wards were made, Labs were set up, how the doctors had to work in PPE kits etc.
Sh. Vij says that in the year 2019, mankind was attacked by this subtle invisible enemy which first appeared in China and after that it spread all over the world. He said that this enemy named covid has not been controlled till date despite cutting edge research and science and till now it is not fully known how to fight it and which weapons will be effective to fight it, but we have to away from it.
