Hartalika Teej Vrat Worship Material- All things of honey, vermilion, bangle, bindi, mehndi, kajal. Apart from this, Tulsi, Banana leaf, Ank flower, Manjari, Shami letter, Janeu, Clothing, Flower, Abir, Clothing, Fruit, Kumkum, Sandalwood, Ghee-oil, Lamp, Coconut, Mother’s chunari, Wooden stick, Yellow Cloth, honey box and basil etc.

Materials for donating – Suhag items are offered during Hartalika Teej fast. In which beechia, anklet, kumkum, mehndi, vermilion, bangle, mahor, kalash, ghee-oil, lamp, comb, kumkum and abir etc. are included.

Hartalika Teej Vrat rules- Bholenath and Mother Parvati are duly worshiped in the Hartalika Teej fast. In some places, women make idols of Goddess Parvati, Lord Shiva and Lord Ganesha out of clay for worship. This fast is done Nirjala and fasting. It is forbidden to take food or water during this fast. Hartalika Teej fast is broken only on Chaturthi Tithi. Women observing fast must listen to Hartalika Teej Vrat Katha. According to religious beliefs, once Hartalika Teej Vrat is started, one should observe this fast regularly throughout life.

Offering silk clothes to Lord Shiva and Mother Parvati is considered auspicious during this fast. The worship of Hartalika Teej Vrat is considered most auspicious during Pradosh period i.e. after sunset.
