The State Government is going to regulate early childhood care and education institutions in the State. A draft legislation Himachal Pradesh Early Childhood Care and Education Centres (Establishment and Regulation) Bill, 2016 has been drafted by Directorate of Women and Child Development (WCD).
An official Spokesperson told here today that the draft legislation has been uploaded on the website of the WCD Directorate (www.wcd-hpnic.in) for information of the general public and stakeholders to invite their suggestions and objections, if any.
The department has requested all the concerned persons to file their suggestions or objections at the email address eccewcdhp@gmail.com by 30th November, 2016.
