Government is aiming to provide employment
The last date for one-time registration, the ambitious scheme launched by the government for the youth of the state, has been fixed as June 30. In future, it is mandatory for the youth applying for Group C and D recruitments to register on this portal. Under the scheme, the general category will have to register themselves by paying a fee of Rs 500 and the reserved category paying a fee of Rs 250. Once registered, its validity will be for three years.
Giving more details about the One Time Registration Scheme, an official spokesperson said that the government is aiming to provide employment to the youth, so as to overcome financial difficulties being faced by them dues to the complicated recruitment process and frequent payment of recruitment fees.
He said that the introduction of this scheme has also given a lot of relief to the Staff Selection Commission. Now the commission will not have to scrutinize the applications made for different recruitments by the same candidate again and again. With the help of One Time Registration Scheme, this work will be done in one go. The introduction of this scheme will strengthen eligibility criteria in the recruitment process and enhance transparency. To register on this portal, it is mandatory to have a family identity card. After one time registration, the candidate will get a unique ID number, which will be always valid.
