The international crude oil price of Indian Basket as computed/published today by Petroleum Planning and Analysis Cell (PPAC) under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas went down to US$ 107.16 per barrel (bbl) on 08.07.2014. This was lower than the price of US$ 107.89 per bbl on previous publishing day of 07.07.2014.
In rupee terms, the price of Indian Basket decreased to Rs 6408.17 per bbl on 08.07.2014 as compared to Rs 6468.01 per bbl on 07.07.2014. Rupee closed stronger at Rs 59.80 per US$ on 08.07.2014 as against Rs 59.95 per US$ on 07.07.2014.
