Maharashtra is flooded with colours and celebratory environment as its most adorable deity- the elephant headed god Ganpati Bappa-is here in the town. Not only people from all over the world but even the celebrities are lining up to seek the blessings of Bappa.
Recently German Model Claudia Ciesla too visited TV9’s Ganpati Pandal in Mumbai’s Lower Parel area. The 18 feet tall idol of Bappa is made out of clay. It is one of the highest eco-friendly Ganpati idol’s of Mumbai. Talking about the eco-friendly Ganpati idol she added, “Worshipping an eco-friendly idol also shows our worship and reverence towards mother Earth.”
Claudia performed aarti and took blessings of Bappa. Inspite of being a non-Indian the actress has immense faith in Ganesha, she says. “After being a resident of Mumbai for past so many years I have come to enjoy the festive ambience during Ganpati Utsav. I often visit my friend’s places during the utsav to take lord’s blessings.”
