The Adviser to the Administrator, Chandigarh Administration, Mr. K.K. Sharma honoured the Chief Justice of Sikkim High Court, Justice Permod Kohli at a function organized by J&K Dorga Sabha here today.
Mr. K.K. Sharma said, “Every culture produces something great but Dogras are modestly contributing not only to the reverence of the city beautiful but also of the entire nation.”
Also, present at the occasion were UT Finance Secretary, Mr. V.K. Singh and members of the Dogra Community who also have made significant contribution to the society like Mr. Jitendra Sharma, Chief Conservator of Forests, Punjab, Professor Shashi Sharma, Former Chairman, Law department, Panjab University and Smt. Madhu Bahl, Regional Director, DAV Schools Chandigarh for her contribution to education. She is running a school wherein 450 slum children are being educated.
