Do not disseminate mis-information about Corona Virus through Social Media. And it may be used to sensitize people at large for this disease with the correct information.This was appealed by the Chairman, New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC), Shri Dharmendra after inaugurating the workshop for awareness about Corona Virus to update the Doctors working in NDMC’s Allopathic and AYUSH Hospital and Dispensaries at NDMC Convention Centre in New Delhi.
It was emphasized by Chairman, NDMC that the stress may be given to the prevention part of this disease like what we should do and what to be told to general public to prevent the transmission.
On the occasion, Dr.A.Biswas, Prof. of Medicine from AIIMS and Dr.Jugal Kishore from Department of Community Medicine, Vardhman Mahavir Medical College, New Delhi interacted with Doctors working in the Municipal Health services. These experts explained the question related to Corona Virus and their symptoms. These experts also discussed the preventive measure.
Secretary, NDMC – Shri Amit Singla, Medical Officer of Health – NDMC, Dr.Ramesh, Sr-CMO-Dr.R.N.Singh, CMO(Projects) – Dr.Shakuntala, Advisor Health- Dr.P.K.Sharma and other senior Doctors and other health Officers of NDMC were also present on this occasion.
