Dhalbhumgarh will develop rapidly
INVC NEWS Ranchi, Chief Minister Raghubar Das said that Dhalbhumgarh will develop rapidly with construction of airport in this area. Along with the Kolhan, people of West Bengal and Odisha will also get benefit from this airport. Business activities in the area will increase. This airport has to be completed in a time bound manner. The state government will cooperate fully in this. At the end of this month, Bhumi Pujna will be done for this airport. The Chief Minister said this while reviewing works being done in various airports with Central Civil Aviation Secretary Shri RN Choubey. The Chief Minister said that for 70 years no one has taken any care of this area. This work is being succeeded by the joint effort of the government led by Shri Narendra Modi and the state government. After construction of airport people will get employment. Economy will strengthen. Maximum people will get the benefit of the airport. Chairman of the Airports Authority of India, Shri Gurpad Mahapatra said that there was a runway here in the time of World War II. This airport will be constructed in two phases. In the first phase airport will be for small planes. Its construction will be ready by December 2020. With this, the work of the second phase will also continue. The Chief Minister said that Deoghar Airport will be ready by February 2020. It will be able to operate 180 seater planes. Secretary of the Government of India described the work done in Deoghar for the rehabilitation of people displaced by the construction of the airport, highly complimented and congratulated the Deputy Commissioner and Jharkhand Government. He said that this is a perfect rehabilitation that should be followed. Airport at Dumka, Bokaro, Palamu, Jamshedpur were also discussed in the meeting. The meeting was attended by the Chief Secretary Shri Sudhir Tripathi, Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister Shri Sunil Kumar Baranwal, Transport Secretary Shri Pravin Toppo, Road Secretary Shri KK Son, Deputy Commissioner Jamshedpur Shri Amit Kumar and Deputy Commissioner of Deogar Shri Rahul Kumar Sinha.
