Delhi at number one in case of sexual harassment at workplace .Delhi ranks first in terms of sexual harassment at workplace. As of August 2022, 11.2 lakh women have registered their complaints. While 10.53 lakh women in Punjab and 10 lakh women in Gujarat have filed complaints of sexual abuse.
According to the report of the Ministry of Women and Child Development, so far 70.17 lakh complaints of sexual harassment at workplace have been received in different states of the country. Of these, Delhi Punjab Gujarat has 31.78 lakh complaints, only 3 states.
According to the report of Ministry of Women and Child Development, Lakshyadeep, Pondicherry, Sikkim, Tripura and Dadra Nagar Haveli have the best position. Very few complaints have been received from here. PLC/GT
