The 4th National Crafts Mela at Kalagram is not only attracting visitors to its exquisite stalls having artifacts and handicrafts but also to its food court having an array of food cuisines beating the palate of all visitors and tourists coming n this sunny Sunday to Kalagram. The exclusive and large food court at Kalagram has a massive menu to offer to the food lovers tempted to explore different cuisnes. An array of food cuisines starting fromGoan food, Gujarati food, Kashmiri food, Uttarakhadi food, Rajasthani food, Marwari food, Hyderabadi food, Lebanese food, South Indian, Haryanavi food, Sea food to Punjabi food,everything is available here .The special efforts have been made to have a wholesome experience of different state food from South Central Zone, South Zone, West Zone, North Zone of India etc.  Visitors just love the Goan food, a stall put–up by the famous chef from Goa .Goan platter is something which everyone must try. Goan prawn curry , a popular dish throughout the India is available here. Seafood, coconut milk,rice and local spices are main ingredients of Goan cuisine A special fish from goa has been brought from sea shores of Goa to tickle the taste buds of North Indians .The special hot served prawns along with rice is simply awesome . Whereas the Lebanese and sea food is delectable and chicken shorma made from goan masalas served in roll is another specialty. The mughlai platter of chiken korma, paneer korma, biryani and soup is another dish is very popular among the visitors. Trout fish platter at Goan food stall is also another special treat in the food court as the raw fish is procured from Himalayas. it’s been prepared in olive oil and served hot with mayonnaise and salad. Uttrakhand stall has very sumptuous Pahari masala aloo.At this stall herbal gayt ki dal is also offered claiming to even cure kidney stone. Special kashipuri rice is also worth trying.dessert lovers can enjoy janguru kheer made from special rice from Uttrakhand .whereas katli kabab plate is another attraction. pahari Rajma, pahari chole served with steamed rice in this winter is another option for those who want to try out typical pahari food made from pahari masalas.

For the connoisseurs, Special Delhi chandani chowk stall has been put offering chowk chilla, tavad tod chilla, matter paneer chilla and paneer chilla costing rs 50 each and served with green chilli sauce and and tomato sauce. Food lovers can also enjoy chat pappari, Dahi bhalla, pao bhajji, gol gappe etc, According to incharge of the stall, “ the response in the Melahas been tremendous. We are cooking the food here itself and serving it hot to food–lovers.” .Rajasthani food is well known for its spicy curries and delicious sweets. The visitors can relish delights of Rajasthan offering Rajasthani Thali, Bajre ki roti,Missi roti,Kesanga thali,special piaaz kachori, moong dal katchori, jodhpuri mirchi vada, jodhpuri mawa kachori, moong dal halwa, special churma ladoo, gattee ki sabzi, bekaneri kesari jalebi, Rajasthani kesariya kulfi .
