Corona infection rate increased by more than 5% in Delhi

The infection rate in the national capital has increased to 5.33 percent. According to the bulletin of the Health Department, the total cases have increased to 18,68,033. Meanwhile, two COVID-related deaths have also been reported in the last 24 hours, taking the total death toll to 26,160.

With the recovery of 269 patients in the last 24 hours, the total number of cured has gone up to 18,40,611. The number of Kovid patients undergoing treatment in home isolation has also increased to 772. The number of active Covid cases in the city is 1262.

At present there are 652 COVID containment zones in the city. Meanwhile, a total of 8,646 new tests – 6,638 RT-PCR and 2,008 rapid antigen were conducted. A total of 3,75,49,472 tests were conducted in the last 24 hours.

In the national capital, 9,508 vaccines were administered in the last 24 hours, including 1,724 as the first dose, 2,534 as the second dose and 5,250 as a precautionary dose. According to the health bulletin, a total of 3,28,76,727 people have been vaccinated so far. PLC &GT
