Congress MLA’s friend arrested in Jyoti murder case

 In jyoti murder case, the last accused transporter Paramjeet Singh alias Pamma who was at large since over two months carrying fifty thousand reward on his head surrendered before the court today. The court sent the accused on three days police remand till 2nd February.  Yesterday the district police gained arrest warrants of accused for the third time. The police will investigate that during two months where he was hiding and the police is yet to recover the truck with which jyoti’s body was smashed after the murder. The police will also interrogate him for the recovery of two mobile phones of jyoti which are missing since the day of murder along with the mobile phone of the accused. While speaking to Daily Post, ACP Varinder Sangwan said that the arrest warrants of accused Paramjeet Singh was expired on yesterday and the court issued arrest warrants for the third time. The police was conducting raids at various hideouts of accused and due to pressure created by police the accused surrendered before the court. He further said that they requested to court for the ten days remand of the accused but the court sent the accused for three days remand. The police will recover the truck used in the murder and will have to recover the mobile phones of jyoti. They will also ask the accused that after the murder where he stayed  and who helped him.Newly elected congress MLA Ram Kumar Chaudhary of doon area along with driver Tilak Raj, Dharampal and Gurmeet Singh are presently lodged at ambala jail.It is pertinent to say that Chaudhary surrendered before the court on 8th January and the court sent him on six days police remand and after that the police produced him before the court on 14th January and the court extended his remand for four days and again the police produced him before the court on 18th January and the court extended his remand for two days and after that he was sent to judicial custody.On 22nd  november, somebody informed police control room that the dead body of girl is lying on the deserted road in sector-21. The police rushed to the spot and found her identity card from her purse and contacted jyoti’s parents at village-bugga in hoshiarpur. The police found that the face of the girl was smashed by the tyres of some vehicle
