During the (SAD) Shromani Akali Dal government had ordered to fire on the peaceful protesters agitating peacefully for stern action at Kotkapura and Behbal Kalan over the Bargari sacrilege incident and pardon to "Sirsa Pakhandi Sadh" by Akal Takhat Sahib on the instructions of Sukhbir Singh Badal and his brother-in-law Bikram Singh Majithia, it caused big jolt to Sikh religion and due to this wrong decision (3) three Taksali Akali leaders namely, Sukhdev Singh Dhindsa, Ranjit Singh Brahmpura, Sewa Singh Sekhwan resigned from all party posts and these Akali stalwarts blames Sukhbir Singh Badal and Bikram Singh Majithia.[caption id="attachment_285576" align="aligncenter" width="590"] For the welfare of 'Sikh Panth' and SAD, Sukhbir Singh Badal should resign immediately: Ranjit Singh Brahmpura[/caption]
Senior leader and Lok Sabha MP from Khadoor Sahib constituency Jathedar Ranjit Singh Brahmpura who's also known as "Majhe Da Jarnail" had called a meeting today which turns into massive gathering, to give the clarification regarding their resignation and to draw the attention of the public to the wrong and inefficient activities which are being done by (SAD) Shromani Akali Dal current leadership.
While addressing the huge gathering at diwan hall, Cholha Sahib in Tarn Taran, He said (SAD) Shromani Akali Dal is based on the foundation of religious and Holiness but the leadership of Sukhbir Singh Badal and Bikram Singh Majithia has misused it for their own personal, individual and sole benefits which also condemned by the gathering.
I have resigned from all party posts due to forgiveness of "Self Styled Misleading Pakhandi Sirse Wala Sadh" and due to incidents of firing in Kotkapura, Behbal Kalan over the Bargari sacrilege which is ordered by (SAD) Shromani Akali Dal ruling government to shot fire on the innocent Sikhs who were performing peacefully protest and agitation who demanding strict action against the culprits who dishonored the "Holy Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji". This incident is compared with anti Sikhism activities done by "Aurengzeb" against Sikh religion, he added.
MP Ranjit Singh Brahmpura further suggested to Sukhbir Singh Badal, to resign from the party post of SAD president for the uplift, welfare and progress of Sikh Panth and (SAD) Shromani Akali Dal and once's own benefit, interest and gain but our aim should be for Chardikala of sikh panth.
He further added that former CM Parkash Singh Badal may take the charge of party president for smooth and interrupted functioning of (SAD) Shromani Akali Dal otherwise time will come very shortly when party will touch from bad to worst position.
Current leadership of Sukhbir Singh Badal and Bikram Singh Majithia is solely liable and responsible for "Assembly Elections defeat in 2017 and causing loss and damages to "Akali Dal and Sikh Panth" under the current leadership of (SAD) Shromani Akali Dal if the proper space is given to all these incidents then it will not be possible to count them, he added.
Former SAD MLA Ravinder Singh Brahmpura also addressed this meeting and said that "We have tasted bitter experience in the Assembly elections of 2017 due to wrong activities of current (SAD) Shromani Akali Dal leadership and they put their best efforts to fail this meeting but unfortunately they didn't success in their aim and the huge gathering gave full support to us and the other side Gurbachan Singh Karmowala and Alwinderpal Singh Pakhoke who were fully supported by Jathedar Brahmpura for their present post but today for their individual and personal gain and benefits have become "Yesman" of Sukhbir Singh Badal and Bikram Singh Majithia and in last he thanked all the persons gathered there to prove their sincerity towards the "Holy Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji" and "Sikh Panth"
In this meeting following prominent persons were also present Viz. Balwinder Singh Voin Poin, Gian Singh Shahbazpur, Prem Singh Goindwal, DSP Rattan Singh Pakhoke, Captain Swaran, Satnam Singh Chohla Sahib, DSP Jamarai, Kashmir Singh Sangha, Bibi Manjeet Kaur, OSD Damanjeet Singh, Narinder Singh MGA, Gursewak Singh Shekh, Gurinder Singh Tony and others.
