Chief Minister Shri Virbhadra Singh today released ‘Sanskrit Mahakavya’ titled ‘Himachal Vaibhamam’ authored by President Awardee Prof. Keshav Ram Sharma from Solan.
Chief Minister lauded the efforts of the author for his contribution in Sanskrit literature and promoting the same.
Prof. Keshav is recipient of Nine National Awards and was awarded by President of India in 2012 for his writings and promoting the culture of the State through his as many as eleven publications both in Sanskrit and Hindi. He urged the Chief Minister to introduce Sanskrit in all 14 Degree Colleges opened in the State recently and also to open Sanskrit Colleges in the State.
Dr. (Col.) Dhani Ram Shandil, Social Justice and Empowerment Minister also accompanied Prof. Keshav Sharma bes ides the other few.
