China is not supplying arms to Russia

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky sacked Major General Eduard Mikhailovich Moskalov, commander of the Joint Force. Moskalov was appointed commander of the Joint Force in March last year, replacing Lieutenant General Oleksandr Pavlik. Lieutenant General Oleksandr Pavlik was made the head of the Kiev Regional Military Administration. However, the reason for the sacking of Major General Eduard Mikhailovich Moskalov has not yet been disclosed.

In the past, the government of Ukraine had conducted anti-corruption raids across the country. After which many top officials were removed from the post. However, it is not yet clear whether Moskalov has been dismissed due to corruption or for some other reason. In the midst of the ongoing war with Russia, Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhad Al Saud visited Ukraine for the first time. During his visit, Saudi Arabia also announced financial assistance of US$ 400 million to Ukraine.

Of this, $100 million will be given for humanitarian aid and $300 million in economic aid has been given in oil products. The government of Ukraine has thanked the Saudi Arabian government for the financial help. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has welcomed China’s peace proposal amid the ongoing war with Russia but also said that he will accept this proposal only if, When Putin will withdraw all his troops from the occupied land of Ukraine. The Ukrainian President also said that he believes that China has made this offer for peace and he hopes that China is not even supplying Russia with weapons
