Nidhi Achantani is the founder and CEO of Crew4Events, an event staffing company which reinforces people’s lives with flexible employment and growth opportunities. Crew4Events, the brainchild of Nidhi, was born in 2004 and with her entrepreneurial spirit she has led the company in the right direction. She has successfully carved her own path, held others hands and has helped thousands discover their careers, passions and dreams.Nidhi started her career as a supervisor at events where she learnt to become independent and to lead a team and later on it helped her to start her own venture. A woman entrepreneur armed with a MBA degree, she is inspiring women across the nation and giving crisp response to the people out there by being the only woman in India to lead an event company, usually seen as a man’s domain.

Event industry is recognized as the 5th most stressful job in the world; punctuality, servicing efficient and quality manpower is the biggest challenge in this industry. To this, Nidhi simply answers that she loves challenges. Challenges help a person to change the conventional, adapt and eliminate rigidity.

After 13 years, when she looks back at the initial days she knows exactly what it means to be ‘out of words’. A spark in her eyes, cheery cheeks, broad smile and a mind lost in reminiscence speaks more than what she could ever put in words. In this journey, she met the doubters, the pessimists, the ones who brought hindrances, and also the supporters, the ones who were her rescue boats in the streams of tears, who believed and stood by her at each step.

Crew4Events earns the commitment of clientele like BMW, Suzuki, Hero Moto Corp, Samsung, Times of India and United Breweries to name a few. Crew4Events has efficiently staffed more than 3000 events, serviced more than 500 clients with a dynamic team of more than 40,000 crew members. Nidhi has some amazing plans for her company as she wishes to see Crew4Events as a successful pan India event staffing company by 2018.

A hectic work schedule doesn’t stop her from spending time with her colleagues and friends, with whom she takes short recuperating breaks. She has made sure the office space feels like a home to the employees. A strong sentiment of unity, friendship, brotherhood and team spirit binds the whole team together.
