The Central Bureau of Investigation has apprehended a child in conflict with law, a student of senior class at Ryan International School, Sohna Road, Gurugram in an on-going investigation of a case related to murder of a 7 years old boy, a student of 2nd class in Ryan International School, Sohna Road, Gurugram on 08.09.2017.
CBI took over the investigation on the request of the Haryana Government and further Notification from Govt. of India and registered a case on 22.09.2017. After thorough investigation based on scientific evidence including inspection of scene of crime, forensic analysis, analysis of CCTV footage, analysis of various call records and questioning of several persons, CBI apprehended the said student.
The apprehended student will be produced today before the Juvenile Justice Board, Gurugram (Haryana).
Further investigation in the case is in progress.
