BJP in election mission mode – commanders deployed for the war of 2023 and 2024

BJP is now all set to enter the electoral battle, the BJP has appointed its generals for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.

The BJP has appointed new in-charges and co-in-charges for the assembly elections to be held in 2023 and the Lok Sabha elections in 2024. P. Muralidhar Rao will continue as in-charge of Madhya Pradesh. Co-in-charge Pankaja Munde and MP Ramshankar Katheria have been made. Ramshankar Katheria will replace Vishweshwar Tudu. That is, the trio of Muralidhar, Pankaja and Katheria will make a strategy for the mission 2023 and 2024 in MP. It is said that this trio has been entrusted with the command of the state to solve the caste equations in the state. Rao has been handling the responsibility of the state in-charge since last months. Therefore, the appointment of Ramshankar Katheria is a big strategic step to bring harmony between the government and the Sangh and to bring the Dalits together. It is worth mentioning that OBC and Dalit class is the largest vote bank in MP. All the parties are trying to get this vote bank on their side. In such a situation, before the next assembly elections, the BJP has made MP Ramshankar Katheria, a leader of a large Scheduled Caste class of Uttar Pradesh, as the co-incharge of the Madhya Pradesh BJP, to help its Dalit voters. Katheria, who was a pracharak of the Sangh, has been the chairman of the Scheduled Castes Tribes Commission for a long time. Because of this, they have been migrating to the scheduled concentration areas of Madhya Pradesh. Ramashankar Katheria, a two-time MP from Agra and sitting MP from Etawah, is considered a big Dalit face of the BJP. Many books have been written by him on Dalit consciousness.

State in-charge P. Muralidhar Rao is constantly active. He has prepared complete feedback of power and organization. At the same time, co-in-charge Pankaja Munde is also already handling the responsibility. Now the second co-in-charge Ramshankar Katheria will also take the front soon. According to the experts, Ramshankar Katheria will soon visit Bhopal. Before this, he can be present on the arrival of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Sheopur on 17 September. After having a formal meeting with the office bearers along with organization in-charge P. Muralidhar Rao in Bhopal, Katheria will keep his full focus on the Scheduled Caste majority seats of Madhya Pradesh. Their meetings and meetings will start in these areas, the process of which will continue till the assembly elections. Katheria started working as an RSS pracharak at the age of 13. He also held the post of department pracharak of the Sangh and got a place in the Modi cabinet in the year 2014. He was the Minister of State for Human Resources Department from 2014 to 25 May 2016.

Political experts believe that the BJP has entrusted the responsibility of Madhya Pradesh to Katheria in the next assembly elections and then in the Lok Sabha elections to cater to the downtrodden class of Madhya Pradesh. In fact, Katheria has a strong influence in those areas bordering Madhya Pradesh, where the Depressed Classes play a very important role from the electoral point of view. Many of these assembly constituencies are dominated by the Bahujan Samaj Party. In such a situation, BJP is trying to make them as a strategy to take the voters of the area with them and for the same effort, Katheria has been made co-in-charge of Madhya Pradesh.

Keeping in mind the assembly and Lok Sabha elections, BJP has appointed Katheria in MP. This is an attempt to garner about 80 lakh Dalit votes in the state. Please tell that 35 seats are reserved for SC category in MP. At present, the Congress has 14 out of 35 seats. At the same time, there are 21 seats of SC category in BJP’s account. Dalit population is about 16 percent in the state. Dalit voters dominate 50 seats. It is worth mentioning that SC and ST voters have been considered as the key to power in MP. 82 assembly seats of the state are reserved for both the sections. Talking about their voters, their number is 40 percent. In such a situation, the party which gets the support of these classes, its way to reach power becomes easier. In the last 2018 assembly elections, these parties had supported the Congress. The Congress had won most of the seats in the tribal areas. On the other hand, the Congress did well in the seats reserved for the Scheduled Castes. Therefore BJP will try to reach this big vote bank through Katheria.

BJP’s electoral machine is so powerful that any time a lost bet can turn into victory, the same opposition is still sleeping in deep sleep. PLC/GT
