Suparna Trikha started her movement Back to Nature 17years ago. Her natural treatment Centre Aaveda at New Delhi has seen the likes of many illuminaries like Shabana Azmi, Shubha Mudgal, Mira Nair, Nandita Das, Honourable Chief Ministe , Sheila Dixit, Professor Reeta Ganguly, amongst many others.
Her early years were spent in Cheshire England where she finished her primary years and returned after 12years to India to graduate and attain a Masters in Marketing & Advertising. Her early childhood was influenced greatly by well known historian and Chancellor of Gurukul Kangri University Dr Satya Ketu Vidyalankar who was her grandfather and exposed her to Ayurveda and its formulations at a very young age.
Consulting vaids and ayurvedists from the Gurukul she started her own line of products. From two products her product line has expanded to 35 products including new initiatives like hand rolled incense sticks for meditation, natural gulal during holi, smoke free diyas for Diwali to bring down pollution and celebrate a Green Diwali.
She works with teenage children and is an advisor to various schools for lifestyle management programmes through school education. She also teaches aroma therapy meditation through essential oils and has done workshops with multinationals all over India. She has authored the book-The Harper Collins Book of Natural Skin Care.
