If you are postponing your bank related work for the next month due to the bank being Navratri, Durga Puja, Gandhi Jayanti and Diwali in the month of October, then complete that work as soon as possible. This is because, even in the month of November, the banks are going to remain closed for a full 10 days.

According to the holiday calendar released by the RBI, government and private banks will remain closed for a total of 10 days, including all festivals and weekly holidays.

Let us tell you, the banks will be closed on the 1st of November on account of Kannada Rajyotsava/Kut. After this, 6th November is Sunday and 8th November is a holiday due to Guru Nanak Jayanti. In such a situation, you should settle your banking tasks as soon as possible.

RBI Holidays Calendar

November 1: Banks will remain closed in Bengaluru and Manipur’s capital Imphal on account of Kannada Rajyotsava/Kut.
November 6: Banks will remain closed due to Sunday.
November 8: Banks will remain closed in all cities except Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Agartala, Gangtok, Guwahati, Imphal, Kochi, Panaji, Shillong, Patna and Thiruvananthapuram on account of Guru Nanak Jayanti/Karthik Purnima.
November 11: Banks in Bengaluru and Shillong will remain closed on account of Kanakadas Jayanti/Vangala.
November 12: Due to second Saturday, there will be a bank holiday.
November 13 and November 20: Banks will remain closed as it is a Sunday.
November 23: Banks in Shillong to remain closed due to Seng Kutsnem’s holiday.
November 26: Banks will remain closed due to fourth Saturday.
November 27: Being a Sunday, all banks will remain closed.

These services will continue

Bank offices will remain closed due to festivals and weekly holidays, but banking services through ATMs and internet banking will continue. You can use it 24/7. PLC/GT
