Ayodhya  : The construction committee of Ayodhya Ram Temple convened for a two-day meeting, marking a significant milestone in the sacred project. The discussions, held with fervor, centered around accelerating the pace of construction and initiating the remaining works starting February 10. With a committed target to enhance passenger facilities before the auspicious occasion of Ram Navami, the grand Ram Darbar on the first floor is set to stand tall and proud by December 2024.

Steadfast Progress in Construction

Nripendra Mishra, the Chairman of the Construction Committee, has orchestrated meticulous planning to ensure the convenience of devotees. The impending commencement of the remaining construction work, primarily focusing on completing the ramparts of the Ram temple, is eagerly awaited. Remarkably, 50% of the construction of the 795-meter rampart has already reached completion, showcasing the dedication and efficiency of the construction team.

The intricate art of carving sculptures on stones through iconography is slated to embellish the lower platform of the temple, adding a touch of divine craftsmanship. Soon, the vision of Ram Darbar will manifest on the first floor, further elevating the spiritual ambiance of the sacred space. The concept of Sapta Mandapam within the Janmabhoomi complex is poised to materialize, featuring a grand pavilion housing small temples dedicated to seven revered characters contemporary to Shri Ram.

Sapta Mandapam: An Ode to Devotion

Within Sapta Mandapam, devotees will find sanctuaries dedicated to Maharishi Valmiki, Maharishi Vashishtha, Maharishi Vishwamitra, Maharishi Agastya, Nishad Raj, Mata Shabari, and Mata Ahilya. The imminent discussion in the meeting revolves around kickstarting the construction of these temples, further enhancing the spiritual vibrancy of the Ayodhya Ram Temple complex.

Simultaneous Commencement of All Works

Anil Mishra, Trustee of Ram Mandir, affirmed the commitment to complete all roads in the complex, install the lighting system, integrate security equipment, and finalize the remaining work of the Pilgrim Facilitation Center before the arrival of Ram Navami. The meticulous planning extends to the contract for the daily cleaning of the premises, ensuring a pristine environment for devotees.

Uninterrupted Darshan Amidst Construction

To ensure an uninterrupted darshan experience for devotees, a comprehensive action plan has been devised. The district administration, learning from past experiences, has prepared a roadmap to manage special dates, bathing festivals, and fairs, anticipating a gathering of five lakh or more devotees. The objective is to offer easy darshan of Ramlala in the Navya temple, preventing any recurrence of unexpected situations.

Strategic Measures for Devotee Comfort

Acknowledging the regular influx of one to three lakh devotees and a surge on specific days, the administration has implemented various arrangements. Drawing from the lessons of January 23, where an unexpected gathering of over five lakh devotees occurred, the administration is steadfast in its commitment to ensuring a comfortable and smooth darshan experience for all.

A Divine Vision Unfolding

As the construction committee sets the stage for the completion of the Ayodhya Ram Temple, every meticulous detail is being addressed to ensure a grand and spiritually uplifting environment for devotees. The sacred precincts, adorned with architectural marvels and divine sanctuaries, are poised to stand as a testament to unwavering dedication and collective devotion.
