Audi, the German luxury car manufacturer, has introduced a special edition of its largest selling luxury sedan Audi A6 to celebrate the sale of 6000 Audi A6 cars in six years in India. With class-leading nine unique features encompassing a broad portfolio of innovations, the special edition Audi A6 will include Adaptive Air Suspension with Audi Drive Select, 4-Zone Deluxe Air Conditioning, Rear Side Airbags, Bose Surround Sound System, MMI Touch, Comfort Key, MMI Remote Control, Front Co-Driver seat adjustment from the rear and LED headlights. Demonstrating successful interplay of design and technology, the special edition Audi A6 is available in two engine options (2.0 TDI and .0 TDI) at an introductory price of INR 46.33 lacs onwards (ex-showroom Delhi). “With the introduction of the special edition we would like to thank our loyal customers for making the Audi A6 a huge success. It has a host of first-in-the-segment innovative features in the standard package as compared to cars in this segment. “The front co-driver’s seat adjustment is a feature we took from our successful A6L in China and adopted it specifically for the Indian market.” added Mr. Perschke The special edition Audi A6 features Adaptive Air Suspension with Audi Drive Select.The user has the option of choosing from four different modes – Comfort, Dynamic, Auto and Individual, to suit his style of driving. The special edition Audi A6 features the Audi brand’s full array of high-tech expertise in every detail. An efficient 4-zone deluxe air conditioning system controls the temperature in the car according to the position and intensity of the sun and ensures faster cooling on the rear side. The MMI Touch offers the user new and unique ways of operating all MMI functions without having to divert their eyes from the road. For the convenience of rear passengers, MMI Remote Control is provided to control the MMI in the car. Also, a 14-speaker Bose Surround Sound System offers 3-dimensional listening experience. Rear Side Airbags are provided for additional safety to rear passengers. Apart from the generous interiors, LED headlights underscore the distinctive appearance on the outside. With an approximate lifespan of 10,000 hours, these lights are the closest re-creation of daylight, yet bright and stylish.
