Ashok Sen has taken charge as Executive Director (Regional Services),Western Region, IndianOil, Mumbai which caters to the service needs of five states viz: Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Goa and Chattisgarh. He brings with him more than three decades of rich and diverse experience in IndianOil. Mr. Sen’s stellar contribution in the LPG vertical is respected and valued in the industry. He has headed the project management team of Oil Marketing Companies, for implementing various consumer interface initiatives including launching of transparency portal, LPG portability, consumer portal etc. He has played a vanguard role as part of “Lakhshya”, a project launched by Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas. His vital role in the implementation of DBTL has been acknowledged in the industry. He has co-ordinated the implementation of a centralized online platform for IndianOil’s LPG distributors, named INDSOFT.

A graduate in Chemical Engineering from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, Mr. Sen joined IndianOil as an Officer Trainee. In a career spanning three decades, Mr. Sen has moved across the length and breadth of the country, heading various LPG locations. The HR Head stint at Eastern Region showcased his conflict management and negotiation skills.
As Executive Director (Regional Services), Mr. Ashok Sen would be heading various service functions like supply and distribution, quality control, maintenance, including HR, Finance and allied services at the regional level.
