Amarinder should quit Congress to prove sincerity on 84 Sikh massacre: Sukhbir reacts to Amaridner statement on Sajjan, Dharamdass
INVC NEWS Chandigarh, The SAD president and former Punjab Deputy Chief Minister Sukhbir SIngh Badal today dared the Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder SIngh to quit the Congress party and the Gandhis to prove his sincerity on 1984 anti Sikh massacre. Sukhbir's statement asking Captain SIngh to resign both as CM and as a member of the Congress party came within hours of Captain SIngh's statement in which the latter had held senior Congress leaders Sajjan Kumar and Dharmdas Shastri guilty of the anti Sikh massacre in New Delhi in 1984. "It is the Congress and the Gandhis who have made Captain SIngh the leader of the Congress in Punjab Will he continue to stick to a gift from the killers of the Sikhs? "Captain SIngh's statement categorically proves that the massacre of thousands of innocent SIkhs in 1984 was the handiwork of the then Congress government at the centre headed by Rajiv Gandhi. There is no doubt now that the massacre was ordered and organised by the Nehru-Gandhi family. I welcome Captain SIngh's statement in this regard but my question to him now, "What are you still doing in a party guilty of murders of thousands of innocent Sikhs.?"said Sukhbir SIngh Badal.
