Mumbai : Singapore-based Accelerate, parent company of legal compliance services provider Aparajita, has raised $25 million (about Rs 207 crore) from private equity firm Federated Hermes and others. The majority of the investment was raised from global private equity investor Federated Hermes, a senior Accelerate official said in a statement. It had assets under management of $757 billion as of December 2023.
Other investors participating in the current round of investment raising included existing investors Altair Capital and Exacta Capital Partners. He said that Accelerate’s co-founders and other existing shareholders have also invested in this round. He said the new capital will be deployed into strategic acquisitions and ongoing investments in business operations, team and technology.
