Alok Sinha, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Civil Aviation and Chairman, Airports Authority of India (AAI) today released the HR Policies and Procedure Manual with a HR Strategic Plan. The manual is a compilation of HR policies and procedures already available within the organisation in the form of various circulars, forms, etc. along with a new chapter on Employee Charter. With this, services of the HR stream are envisaged to improve towards enhancement of efficiency within the organisation. The HR Manual in print will serve as a ready reference to guiding principles for day-to-day requirements.
