Ajay Devgan has been giving us outstanding performances from the past 2 decades. The 44 year old actor started his carrier with Phool aur Kaante which came in the year 1991. The actor impressed the audience with his debut film itself. The actor kept on giving super hit films and won a national award for an outstanding performance inZakhm (1998) and later for The Legend of Bhagat Singh in the year 2002. He gave memorable movies teaming up with Directors Prakash Jha and the most recent was with Rohit Shetty. The brilliant actor proved to be a Lucky charm for both of these directors. The actor’s major let down films were ‘Ramgopal Varma Ki aag’ directed by Ram Gopal Varmawhich was a remake of the legendary film ‘Sholay’ and Sajid Khan’slatest film ‘Himmatwala’. Himmatwala is a remake of the film carrying the same title. Both of these films were remakes and both of them were major disasters at the Box office and even critics did not give them a thumbs up. We can say that Ajay Devgan is clearly not meant for remakes. He can make wonders with the original scripts but the remakes lets him down. The actor currently is doing ‘Satyagraha’ with Prakash Jha, which we hope will be successful film. The film has big names in it. Amitabh Bachachan, Arjun Rampal, Amrita Rao and Manoj Bajpayi will be seen in this film with Ajay Devgan. The film will be a political thriller and is expected to release on August of this year.
