Dev Uthani Ekadashi fast will be observed on Tuesday, November 4, 2022. On this day Tulsi plant is worshiped along with Shaligram ji and Tulsi marriage is also done.
On this day, if you offer only one of the few things mentioned by us during your worship, then all your money related problems will be solved. You will get the blessings of Mata Tulsi and Lakshmi Mata.
1. Offer a few drops of raw milk to Tulsi Mata while saying ‘Om Namo Bhagwate Vasudevaya Namah’. With this, Mother Tulsi is pleased and blesses her.
2. Light a lamp of pure native ghee in front of the Tulsi plant. By this virtue is attained and happiness and peace remain in the house.
3. Shaligram stone must be kept near Tulsi plant. If you haven’t kept it, keep it.
4. White, blue or bright Chunri must be offered to Tulsi Maa. While offering Chunari, say this mantra- ‘Mahaprasad Janani Sarva Soubhagya Vardhini Aadhi Vyadhi Hara Nityam, Tulsi Tvam Namostute.
5. For all the wishes, cut a yellow thread equal to the length of your body and tie 108 knots in it and tie it under the Tulsi plant. After the wish is fulfilled, take out this thread and throw it in the water.
6. On the day of Dev Uthani Ekadashi, only one thing must be tied to the Tulsi plant, a red thread or a small red chunri must be tied to it. Along with Maa Tulsi, it also receives the blessings of Mata Lakshmi. PLC/GT
