नई दिल्ली. विदेशी निवेश संवर्धन बोर्ड (एफआईपीबी) की 21 अगस्त, 2009 को हुई बैठक में की गई सिफारिशों के आधार पर सरकार ने लगभग 1.31 करोड़ रुपये के प्रत्यक्ष विदेशी निवेश के आठ प्रस्तावों को मंजूरी दे दी है।
इसके अलावा सरकार ने सात प्रस्तावों पर कोई निर्णय नहीं लिया है, एक प्रस्ताव को नामंजूर कर दिया है, एक प्रस्ताव को आवेदक के पास वापस भेज दिया गया है कि वह विनियामक से सलाह ले तथा 600 करोड़ रुपये के निवेश वाले एक प्रस्ताव को मंत्रिमंडल की आर्थिक मामलों की समिति के पास विचार के लिए भेज दिया है।
