नई दिल्ली. विदेश मंत्री एस.एम. कृष्ण ने कहा है कि हाल में घुसपैठ की घटनाओं में कोई वृध्दि नहीं हुई है। वर्ष 1993 से दोनों सरकारें वास्तविक नियंत्रण रेखा के निर्धारण और सीमा पर अपनी-अपनी स्थितियों से पूर्वाग्रह रहित होकर भारत-चीन सीमा क्षेत्र में नियंत्रण रेखा के साथ-साथ शांति और सद्भाव बनाने के लिए सहमत हुई हैं।
उन्होंने आज राज्य सभा में बताया कि सरकार संयुक्त कार्य समूह, विशेषज्ञ समूह, सीमा कार्मिकों की बैठकें, ध्वज बैठकें तथा राजनयिक माध्यमों सहित स्थापित प्रणालियों के माध्यम से वास्तविक नियंत्रण रेखा पर किसी प्रकार के उल्लंघन को चीनी पक्ष के साथ नियमित रूप से उठाती रहती है। सरकार का विचार है कि भारत-चीन सीमा प्रश्न पूरी तरह से एक द्विपक्षीय मामला है तथा यह इस मुद्दे पर अन्य देशों अथवा अंतर्राष्ट्रीय निकायों के साथ विचार-विमर्श करने के पक्ष में नहीं है।
