The Union Minister of State for Communications and Information Technology Shri Sachin Pilot would lead a delegation to attend International Cyber Conference being organised in London on November 1-2, 2011. The Conference will deliberate upon the issues relating to Economic and Social benefits of Cyber Space, anticipating, preventing and tackling Cyber Crime and International implications of actions in Cyber Space. The delegation headed by Shri Pilot would comprise senior officials from the Government of India. The Minister would also hold bilateral meetings on the sidelines of the Conference. India’s participation in this Conference reflects her commitment to encourage international engagement in matters of cyber-security.
