२५ जून को रिलीज़ होने वाली फिल्म है ”मिस्टर सिंह मिसेज मेहता”. यह फ़िल्म अभिनेत्री अरुणा शील्ड्स की ऐसी फिल्म है जो कि उनकी देसी बॉन्ड गर्ल की छवि को पूर्ण रूप से बदल देगी. इस फ़िल्म में अरुणा एक छोटे शहर की एक लड़की बनी हैं.
अरुणा शील्ड्स नीरा सिंह नामक एक स्तंभकार की भूमिका में हैं जिसे पता चलता है कि उसका पति उसे धोखा दे रहा है. अरुणा के अलावा इस फ़िल्म में प्रशांत नारायणन और एक ब्रिट एशियाई अभिनेत्री लुसी हसन और नावेद असलम भी अभिनय कर रहें हैं. फिल्म को लिखा और निर्देशित किया है प्रवेश भारद्वाज ने और फ़िल्म को निर्मित किया हैं मनु एस कुमारन और टूटू शर्मा ने.
”मिस्टर सिंह मिसेज मेहता” कहानी है अश्विन मेहता (प्रशांत नारायणन) और नीरा सिंह (अरुणा) की, जिन्हें लगता है कि उनके जीवन साथी का किसी दूसरे से चक्कर चल रहा है. शर्म और गुस्से में मिलकर वो दोनों भी एक दूसरे से दोस्ती कर लेते हैं.
इस फ़िल्म में विश्व प्रसिद्ध सितार वादक और ग्रेमी अवार्ड से नामांकित उस्ताद शुजात हुसैन खान ने भी संगीत दिया है.
