Sushilkumar Shinde, Union Minister of Power administered the Oath of Office and Secrecy to Shri M. Deena Dayalan who has been appointed as Member, Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC), here today.
Shri M. Deena Dayalan was born on 22.2.1950. He holds MSc (chemistry) and MBA (Corporate Finance) Degrees. He is an Indian Audit & Accounts Service officer of 1978 batch. He retired as Director General (Trg) from the office of Comptroller and Auditor General of India on 28.2.2010. Earlier, he was also the Financial Adviser in the Ministry of Finance.
