पशुपतिनाथ मंदिर से भारतीय पुजारियों का वर्चस्व ख़त्म

काठमांडु (नेपाल). नेपाल सरकार ने देश में दक्षिण भारतीय ब्राह्मणों के सदियों पुराने एकाधिकार को खत्म कर दिया है. नेपाल सरकार द्वारा लाए गए नए नियम के मुताबिक अब नेपाली नागरिक और अन्य लोग प्रसिद्ध पशुपतिनाथ मंदिर के पुजारी और प्रधान पुजारी बन सकेंगे.
पशुपतिनाथ क्षेत्र विकास ट्रस्ट (पीएडीटी) के सचिव परमानंद शाक्य के मुताबिक सरकार ने अखबारों में नोटिस जारी कर मंदिर के मुख्य पुजारी और पुजारियों के पद खुली प्रतियोगिता के आधार पर नियुक्त करने का फैसला किया है। नेपाली तथा भारतीय नागरिक सहित अब किसी भी देश का योग्यता प्राप्त व्यक्ति संबंधित पद के लिए आवेदन कर सकता है।
यह भी बताया जा रहा है कि सरकार ने मुख्य पुजारी, पुजारियों और उनके सहायकों के लिए वेतन और भत्ते तय कर दिए हैं। इसके तहत मुख्य पुजारी को 1000 रुपए का प्रतिदिन भत्ता और 21000 का मासिक वेतन दिया जाएगा, जबकि अन्य पुजारियों को 700 रुपए का प्रतिदिन भत्ता और 19000 रुपए का मासिक वेतन दिया जाएगा। गौरतलब है कि अब तक पुजारियों और उनके सहायकों को मंदिर के चढ़ावे में से हिस्सा दिया जाता था, लेकिन अब मंदिर का सारा चढ़ावा ट्रस्ट के कोष में जमा होगा।
गौरतलब यह भी है कि पशुपतिनाथ दुनिया के आठ सबसे पवित्र माने जाने वाले हिन्दुओं के तीर्थो में से एक है और सदियों से इस पर दक्षिण भारतीय ब्राह्मणों को एकाधिकार रहा है. पिछले साल माओवादी सरकार ने पशुपतिनाथ के तीन भारतीय पुजारियों को बर्खास्त कर उनकी जगह नेपाली पुजारियों को नियुक्त किया था. इस पर काफी बवाल मचा था. आखिरकार प्रधानमंत्री प्रचंड को संसद में बयान देकर अपना फैसला वापस लेना पड़ा था. देश के कई धार्मिक संगठनों से जुड़े लोगों ने सरकार के इस फैसले की निंदा करते हुए कहा है कि इसे वापस लेने की मांग की है.

Thanks for your article on this weblog. From my experience, periodically softening up a photograph may provide the professional photographer with a little an artsy flare. Oftentimes however, that soft cloud isn’t exactly what you had as the primary goal and can sometimes spoil an otherwise good photo, especially if you intend on enlarging that.
